What time does the concert begin?
The show begins at 4 p.m. General admission seating begins at 3 p.m. Please arrive at your leisure.
How much are tickets?
Open seating tickets are $85. Reserved seats can be purchased as part of an overnight package at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay (see below).
Is it possible to get a refund on the tickets?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Where is the concert?
The concert will be held on the beautiful, oceanfront outdoor Gazebo Lawn of The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Please be prepared to bring weather-appropriate clothing the day of the show. The temperature may change at sunset.
Concerts are held rain or shine.
How do I get to The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay?
From San Francisco
1. South on the 101 or 280 Freeway
2. Take Highway 92 West toward Half Moon Bay
3. At the very end of Highway 92, turn left onto Highway 1 (Cabrillo Highway)
4. Follow Highway 1 to Miramontes Point Road and turn right
5. Follow Miramontes Point Road to the end and The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay

How long will the concert last?
The concert includes intermission and will last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
What are the seating arrangements?
Seating is arranged in theatrical concert seating with rows of chairs. Individual tickets are for general admission, non-reserved, open seating. Please note those purchasing tickets included in one of the resort's overnight packages (see below) will have premium reserved seats for the concert.
Is it possible to select my seats?
No, seats are first-come first served. Tickets included in an overnight package will be assigned based on the best available at the time the tickets are purchased in a premier reserved section.
When will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed two weeks prior to the event.
Tickets that are part of an overnight package at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay will be distributed at Will Call in the hotel’s lobby beginning at 1 p.m. the day of the performance.
What kinds of packages are available?
The Smooth Slumber Overnight Package includes Courtyard View accommodations for a one-night stay, or Ocean View accommodations for a two- to three-night stay; two specially reserved seats for the concert; overnight parking; and resort fee. Rates begin at $525 for a one-night stay; $1,270 for a two-night stay; and $1,790 for a three-night stay, exclusive of tax. For reservations, please call (800) 241-3333.
The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay will donate a percentage of proceeds from each concert package to Bay Area nonprofit organizations, including the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation on May 29, the Coastside Family Medical Center on July 3, and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on Sept.4.
At what times should we reserve our post-show dinner in Navio?
Dinner reservations in Navio are recommended after the show, for no earlier than 7 p.m. Reservations may be made by calling 650-712-7040.
What dining options are there at the resort?
The resort's award-winning coastal cuisine restaurant Navio is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Reservations are encouraged by calling 650-712-7040. The Conservatory offers bistro fare throughout the day and a full bar beginning at 11 a.m. Food service concludes in both restaurants at 11 p.m., and the bar remains open until midnight.
The resort will also offer beverages and snacks for purchase on the Gazebo Lawn before the show and during intermission.
Is it possible to buy additional tickets if I'm buying an overnight package?
Not at this time. The package includes two tickets only. You are welcome to purchase additional general admission, non-reserved, open seating tickets by visiting www.concertsonthecoast.com or by calling (877) GOT-JAZZ or (877) 468-5299.
Are children allowed at the concerts? If so, is there a discount for children?
Yes, everyone is welcome. Children will require a ticket unless they can sit on a lap. Admission is complimentary for small children and babies sitting on a parent or guardian's lap.
Is the concert almost sold out?
While sales are very strong, the concert has not yet sold out. We do anticipate a full house and encourage you to purchase tickets in advance.
Are tickets available at the door?
There may be a limited number of tickets available at the door. Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended, as the concert is expected to sell out.
Is food and beverage allowed in the concert area?
Food and beverage purchased at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay can be brought into the Gazebo Lawn venue. No outside food or beverages will be allowed from outside the hotel, with the exception of water bottles.
When will I get the tickets if I'm just coming to the concert (not part of the package)?
Tickets will be mailed two weeks prior to the event.
Can I make a reservation in The Ritz-Carlton Spa before the concert?
The Spa is open throughout the holiday weekend. Reservations for all treatments are required and can be made by calling 650-712-7040.

Is parking included in the $85 ticket price?
Valet parking is $10 for the evening, and not included in the $85 ticket price. Parking is included in the overnight package. Complimentary self-parking is also available along Miramontes Point Road.
